The posture of judgment — the tendency to evaluate, condemn, and exclude people
based on their choices or beliefs — is one of the greatest barriers to a church that
truly reflects the heart of Jesus. We are called not to the judge's bench but to the
servant's basin, washing feet rather than keeping score.
